A mild, tear-free cleansing water that removes all traces of makeup including waterproof! The oil-drop layer added to the micellar water breaks down makeup and wipes it away. The pH-balanced formula helps minimize irritation when removing eye and lip makeup.

DIRECTIONS

Shake well before use to allow the oil-drop layer to mix well with micellar water. Dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad. Gently swipe pad over face to remove makeup.
